Ashleigh Elizabeth Weddings & Events: 
Lead Wedding Planner

I run wedding day logistics and serve as a vendor liaison. I ensure the detailed timeline is being followed and everything runs smoothly. I assist the lead planner on wedding days. I also have my own clients and handle contacting vendors and developing timelines in the months leading up to the wedding day. On wedding days, I have 2-3 assistants who help me execute the ceremony and reception. I also create slideshows and set up for rehearsal dinners.

Timeline Development

I create detailed timelines down to the minute for each of our couples. This serves as an itinerary and contact sheet for all participants and vendors to follow.

Bailey Rose Weddings & Events:
Day-Of Coordinator

For BRE, I serve as a solo day-of coordinator. I develop extensive timelines and then execute wedding days. I coordinate vendors and deliveries, assist the wedding party with getting ready and coordinate photo lists.

Delta Zeta Sorority:
Lead Bid Day Planner

I coordinated our chapter bid day event for our 400 members. I served as a vendor liaison, designed and painted banners, ordered decorations and coordinated set up.
