While working at Spears Group, I did the following:

Supported the events division with planning, promotion and customer service aspects of several festivals the firm organized.
Created social media graphics and promotional video storyboards for rebranding and marketing campaigns.
Edited press releases, analyzed brand awareness data and conducted market research for upcoming festivals and events.

Public Relations

Louisiana Watershed Initiative

I designed infographics for multiple social media platforms for our client, the Louisiana Watershed Initiative. The goal with this graphic was to create a more cohesive brand and promote interaction on their Facebook page.

LSU Health Fitness Center Algiers

I developed many fitness graphics as a packet for our client, LSU Health Fitness Center Algiers. The goal with this graphic booklet was to develop a cohesive color scheme and rejuvenate their Instagram to promote class attendance.

LSU Health Group Fitness Infographic

I created this graphic as part of a campaign to rework the LSU Health Fitness Center's Instagram and website. The goal of this graphic was to have all membership rates in one, easily accessible place for members.

LSU Health "Did You Know?" Campaign

I created this graphic for a "Did You Know?" campaign to rebrand our client's Instagram and website. This campaign consisted for 11 graphics that each provided a different fact about a specific excercise class offered.

Célébrez en Rosé Festival

I worked in the customer relations division for the Spears Group sponsored festival, Célébrez en Rosé located in Washington D.C.

I answered Instagram and Facebook customer messages. I also handled ticket transfers and upgrades during the festival weekend. I also ran analytics for our highest performing posts.

My goal was t0 identify which social media customers needed refunds following the cancelled 2020 year due to COVID-19. From here, I then helped 2021 customers get their passes for the festival's come back year. This resulted in a high post-pandemic attendance rate.

I researched potential vendors and created social media posts for Instagram and Facebook. I also ran analytics on the highest performing posts. I created a storyboard for the announcement video. I also researched press releases from other event companies to help develop our COVID-19 statement.

While serving as team captain of the LSU Bateman Team and representing our client, the News Literacy Project, I did the following:

It was my primary responsibility to lead and motivate team members toward the common goal of creating and implementing a successful public relations campaign worthy of having the LSU Manship School name on it.
I created extensive posting calendars for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Twitter. I developed all social media captions, edited every post and developed some event graphics.
I spearheaded the planning and promotion of all of our major events.
